Shipping Policy

At TresorLab, every item is custom-made with care to ensure it meets our quality standards before leaving our studio. Because our products are personalized, production timelines will vary depending on the item and are clearly listed in each product description on our website.

We believe that a meaningful gift takes time, so we take extra care to get your order just right before shipping it out. While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timelines provided, please note that these dates are estimates onlyand not guaranteed. Factors such as order volume, customization requirements, or courier delays may affect delivery times.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door. Our priority is to ensure you receive a product that is perfectly personalized and beautifully finished, even if it takes a little extra time to get there.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At TresorLab we promise that our products will be as impressive as they appear on our website. We work hard to let you know what to expect from your item so you’re delighted when you get it. We offer detailed product images and descriptions, as well as the ability to preview most items.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, so if you aren’t 100% satisfied with the quality of any item within 14 days of receiving it, we’ll be happy for you to return the item for either a replacement item, or a repair of the item, where possible.

As our products are made-to-order, customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement for:

Our customers use all kinds of spelling variations for names, so it is impossible for us to know if it is a mistake or just different. So please ensure spelling is checked before an order is completed. Nearly all our products are made-to-order, according to your specifications, so we can’t accept returns where the customer has simply changed their mind.

We may ask for faulty/incorrect items to be returned to us for a quality inspection, to ensure those rare problems don’t occur again. If you wish to return an item, please email customerservice@tresorlab.com for instructions on how to proceed. Typically refunds take up to 2 weeks to be processed once returned products have been received.

Your order enters the TresorLab production facility right after it is placed.

Orders enter production immediately, so that we can provide very fast service.

For this reason, changes to orders are not permitted.

TresorLab encourages you to take a few extra moments to review your order

before submitting it. Double check the spelling of every name. Make sure the order contains all of the required names, so you can be confident that it is displayed on the item.
